High School Scheduling

Important Dates for 8th Graders:

March 11, 2025 at 6:00pm

• A Parent Meeting for information regarding 9th grade scheduling is to take place on March 11, 2025 at 6:00pm 
• Location: High School Auditorium

March 17th, 2025

• High School Counselors present to 8th grade students

• Students will bring home Course Selection Book. Please help your student complete the Course Scheduling Worksheet located at the back of the book prior to March 24th. A link to the Course Selection Book and Worksheet is below. Please be sure to use the 9th Grade Course Scheduling Worksheet 

March 24th, 2025

• Students will schedule their 9th grade classes with the high school counselors during their Social Studies classes  

9th Grade Course Requirements:

English 9
American History I
Math
Earth & Space Science/ Environment & Ecology 
Freshman Seminar (.5) 
Phys. Ed. (.5)

Health (.5)
2.5 Electives*

*Accelerated math & science students are required to take additional math & science as electives.
Accelerated Math will take Accelerated Algebra II & Accelerated Geometry
Accelerated Science will take Accelerated Bio & Earth and Space Science + Environment & Ecology
